Sweden- Our magnificent country. We warmly welcome you on this fantastic journey through Sweden, from the south to the north. For 10 days we travel through Sweden’s busy yet colourful city life and see beautiful lakes, high mountains and deep valleys.

Together we visit places of interest and make memories.

Day 1: Skane- Stockholm 

You will be picked up from your destination in the morning by a comfortable tourist bus. We follow the E4 and stop in Jonkoping for lunch with a panoramic view of the Vattern. We then proceed to our beautiful capital, Stockholm, where we check-in at our hotel and have dinner together.

Day 2: Stockholm – Ornskoldsvik

You will have your breakfast and begin your journey with a drive to northern Sweden, where we experience the Gulf of Bothnia. We will pass through other astounding attractions like Uppsala, Gavle, Sundsvall and then drive across the High Coast bridge. We will halt at a few places for coffee/lunch. In the evening, we will arrive at Örnskoldsvik and check-in at the hotel. You will then have the evening to experience the alluring and lively streets of Ornskoldsvik on your own.

Day 3: Ornskoldsvik- Lulea

We go even further north and pass, among other charismatic attractions in Umea before we stop in Skelleftea for a terrific lunch. We then continue towards Lulea where we visit Gammelstads Kyrka, which is listed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. Surrounding the church are the 400 cottages that were built for the church visitors who could not go home the same day. You have the whole evening to spend in this artistic and vibrant city.

Day 4: Lulea- Kiruna

Today moving towards Kiruna, we get a guided tour at the Icehotel 365, an ice hotel all year round, is reincarnated to a brand new design every year! This is a perfect place to discover art, glistening snow clad forests, cloudberries and kettle coffee. In Kiruna, we check into our hotel where we spend the night.

Day 5: Kiruna

Today, we visit LKAB’s mine, the world’s largest underground iron ore mine. We go 540 meters straight into the mountain by bus and get a guided tour. Then we capture one of the unique experiences of nature as we drive along a splendid lake, Torneträsk towards the beautiful town, Abisko. Here you have the opportunity to visit Naturum, which shows the plant and wildlife of this nature park and the mountain ranges. You have the chance to make a short hike along the Kungsleden in Abisko. On the way back to Kiruna, we stop for picture-taking in the famous Laporte.

Day 6: Kiruna – Arvidsjaur

In the afternoon we reach Arvidsjaur, where we check-in at our hotel. We are in the middle of the mighty Lapland mountain world that was initially a Sami village. After lunch and some rest, we get the opportunity to get acquainted with the Sami culture through an excursion to Batsuoj Sami centre, where we get to experience the Sami culture.

Day 7: Arvidsjaur

The day is designed for relaxation and for exploring Arvidsjaur on your own. You can experience, for example, a guided tour in Lappstaden, Gamla Prästgården, hike on nearby trails, visit some world-class restaurants to have dinner, take a shopping trip to the local market or why not take a day trip to a nearby municipality.

Day 8: Arvidsjaur- Ostersund

We drive south and head for Ostersund. We pass several impressive sceneries and stop at some places for coffee/lunch. Arriving in Ostersund, we check into our hotel and then go on a guided tour through the city and then continue the journey to Froson, the largest island in lake Storsjon.

Day 9: Ostersund – Mora- Orebro

Early in the morning, the journey moves toward Orebro. We stop for lunch in Mora, Dalarna where the Dalah horse originates. If you wish, we will visit one of the Dalah horse manufacturers/shops in the village of Nusnas. In the evening we arrive at Orebro, which is a beautiful city to wander in the evenings with the castle in the middle of the lake, Svartan and top-rated restaurants to visit nearby.

Day 10: Orebro- Skane

After breakfast, we say goodbye to Orebro and enjoy the adventurous drive towards Skane. By afternoon we will reach Skane after an unforgettable journey through our wonderful country!

Goodbyes are not hard if we hope to see each other again!
